Pedro Almodóvar, the renowned Spanish director, is set to premiere his first English-language feature, The Room Next Door, at the 62nd New York Film Festival. The film, adapted from Sigrid Nunez’s novel What Are You Going Through, will make its U.S. debut at Alice Tully Hall on Oct. 4. This drama stars Julianne Moore as Ingrid, a best-selling writer who reconnects with her friend Martha, a war journalist played by Tilda Swinton.
